1. The sheets of air ducts and components should be selected according to the design requirements, and cold-rolled steel sheets or high-quality galvanized steel sheets should be used when there are no design requirements.
2. The inner surface of the air duct must be flat and smooth, and no reinforcement frame and reinforcement bars shall be set in the air duct.
3. The air duct should be painted according to the design requirements. When there is no design requirement, the oil and rust on the surface of the steel plate must be removed before brushing.
4. The galvanized steel duct should be processed to avoid damage to the galvanized layer, and the damaged part should be painted with high-quality paint twice.
5. The flexible short tube should be made of materials with good flexibility, a smooth surface, no dust, no ventilation, and no static electricity, and the smooth surface is inward. The seam should be tight and airtight, and its length is generally 150-250mm.
6. When the metal-air duct is connecting to the flange, the flanging of the air duct should be flat and close to the flange, the width should be no less than 7mm, and the cracks and holes at the flanging should be sealed with sealant.
7. The distance between flange screw holes and rivet holes should be no greater than 100mm, and screws, nuts, washers, and rivets should be galvanized. Hollow rivets shall not be used.
8. Sealant should be applied to the flange and rivet seam joint of the air supply pipe behind the medium-efficiency filter, or other sealing measures should be taken.
9. Air ducts, plenum chamber, and other components must be kept clean. After the production, a non-corrosive cleaning solution should be used to clean the oil film and dirt on the inner surface.
10. Air ducts with a diameter greater than 500mm in the purification air-conditioning system should be provided with cleaning holes and air volume and air pressure measurement holes.
