The pipelines of the cleanroom are very complicated, so they are all organized in some hidden ways as below.

1. Technology of interlayer

(1) Technical interlayer at the top. In this kind of interlayer, the cross-section of the air supply and return ducts is generally the largest, so it is the first object to be considered in the interlayer. Generally, it is arranged at the top of the interlayer, and the electrical pipeline is arranged below it. When the bottom panel of the interlayer can bear a certain weight, the filter and exhaust equipment could be set.

(2) Technical interlayer in the room. Compared with the technical interlayer at the top, this method can reduce the wiring and height of the interlayer, and can save the return air duct to return to the upper interlayer required by the technical lining. The power distribution of return air machine power equipment can also be set in the lower channel, and the upper channel of a cleanroom on one floor can be concurrently used as the lower channel of the upper layer.

2. Technical channel (wall)

The horizontal pipelines in the upper and lower interlayers are generally turned into vertical pipelines and the hidden space where the vertical pipelines are located in the technology channel. The technical channel can also place some auxiliary equipment that is not suitable to place in the cleanrooms and even can be used as a general return air pipe or static pressure box, and some can be installed with a light tube radiator.

Most of this kind of technology channel (wall) uses the light partition, so when the process adjustment, it can be easily adjusted as well.

3. Technology of the shaft

If the technical tunnel (wall) often does not cross the floor, the technical shaft on the contrary, and often part of the building structure with permanent.

After the installation of the internal pipeline, the material with a fire-resistance limit that is higher than the floor shall be used to seal the layers, to prevent fire. The maintenance work shall be carried out in layers, and the inspection door must be equipped with a fire door.

Whether technical interlayer, technical channel, or technical shaft, when directly concurrently as the air channel, its inner surface must be treated according to the requirements of the inner surface of the cleanroom.
