1. Technical preparations
1) Familiar with and review PVC floor construction drawings.
2) Define the construction content and analyze the characteristics of the project.
3) According to the requirements of the engineering ground, make technical disclosure to the operators.
2. Construction personnel preparations
PVC floor installation must be constructed by professional and technical personnel, it is best to hire a fixed professional team for construction and installation — team members need to have many years of floor construction experience, to ensure the quality of cleanroom engineering construction.
3. Tools preparations
1) Ground treatment tools: surface humidity tester, surface hardness tester, ground grinding machine, hand-held shovel knife, high-power industrial vacuum cleaner, wool roller, self-leveling agitator, 30-liter self-leveling agitator bucket, self-leveling toothed scraper, nail shoes, self-leveling and ventilating roller, etc.
2)PVC floor construction tools: glue teeth scraper, two meters steel ruler, dolphin knife, utility knife, steel press roll (cork push plate), coil floor joint cutting knife, floor trimming machine, slotting machine (optional slotting knife), welding gun, welding rod leveler (crescent shovel knife), scribing machine, etc.
4. Materials preparations
1) PVC floor coil: the surface shall be flat and smooth, no cracks, uniform color, consistent thickness, and meet the design requirements and relevant technical standards.
2) Electrode: the surface should be smooth, no holes, no nodules, no wrinkles, uniform color, electrode composition, performance and floor material are the same.
3) adhesive (including interface agent, water-based adhesive, etc.): it is required to dry quickly, have high bond strength, strong water resistance, environmental protection, non-toxic water-based adhesive, and meet the relevant technical standards.
4) Self-leveling cement: require high strength, adapt to the current construction environment and temperature of self-leveling cement, and comply with the relevant technical standards, such as expired self-leveling shall not be used.
5) The inventory of PVC floor coils shall be stored erect, and shall not be placed flat or stacked overlapped — to avoid deformation of PVC coils; Do not store in damp, sunny places to avoid discoloration or uneven color.
6) Adhesives should be stored separately, fireproof, sunproof, etc.
7) Self-leveling cement should be stored in a dry, moisture-proof environment.
