In order to further promote the lean project management level of our company, improve the comprehensive quality of the personnel of the project department, stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of various departments to carry out the work, and improve the project delivery capabilities, Dalian TekMax Technology Co., Ltd. invited Beijing Eastern Maidao International Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct the training of lean project management.
The implementation of lean management is not only the requirement of the company's development, but also the inevitable choice to improve the level of project management. This lean management training is the first time that our company has introduced a lean management system into a purification engineering construction project. Our company attaches great importance to this training. In the early stage of the training, we conducted personnel interviews and on-site investigation with Maidao International to ensure the accuracy of training.
On June 21st, we held the kick-off meeting of lean management project in our company. A total of 60 persons in charge of project department and related personnel attended the training.
In this training, Maidao International mainly analyzed and interpreted the existing problems from the aspects of process optimization and delivery enhancement. Under the guidance of the trainer, we decompose the entire cycle of the project process, and analyze the problems in each process according to the severity and identifiability of problems. All the colleagues say this meeting has played a very positive role in broadening their vision and updating their knowledge for future lean work.
Lean project management training is divided into five stages, and lasts for more than six months. During the training, Maidao International will help establish and implement our lean management system by improving the details in the project construction process.
Through learning and implementing lean management content, we will strive for perfection in every detail of future project work. We believe that as long as we do every step carefully and strive for perfection in every link, then each completed project will be an excellent project.
