The development of clean room technology

Clean room refers to the removal of particles, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants in the air within a certain space, and the control of indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, air velocity and air distribution, noise, vibration, lighting, and static electricity within a certain range of needs, and a specially designed room is given.

R

Clean working principle:Airflow→primary purification→humidification section→heating section→surface cooling section→medium-efficiency purification→fan air supply→pipeline→high-efficiency purification tuyere→blowing into the room→take away dust and bacteria and other particles→return air shutters→primary purification repeat the above The process can achieve the purpose of purification.

In the mid-1960s, clean rooms sprung up in various industrial sectors in the United States. It is not only used in the military industry, but also promoted in the electronics, optics, miniature bearings, miniature motors, photosensitive films, ultra-pure chemical reagents and other industrial sectors.
Technology and industrial development have played a very important role in promoting.
In the early 1970s, the focus of clean room construction began to shift to medical, pharmaceutical, food and biochemical industries. In addition to the United States, other advanced industrial countries, such as Japan, Germany, Britain, France, Switzerland, the former Soviet Union, and the Netherlands, have also attached great importance to and vigorously developed clean technology.
The early 1960s was the initial stage of China’s clean technology development, roughly ten years later than abroad. In China, it was a very difficult time. On the one hand, it had just passed three years of natural disasters and its economic foundation was weak. On the other hand, it had no direct contact with advanced countries in science and technology in the world and could not obtain necessary scientific and technological data, information and samples. Under these difficult conditions, focusing on the needs of precision machinery, aviation instrumentation and electronics industries, China’s clean technology workers have begun their own entrepreneurial journey.
