The riser shall be hoisted from top to bottom to install the clamps, and the height of the clamps near the shear wall shall be 1.8 meters, or a steel composite bracket shall be installed at the pipe well head, and the prefabricated risers shall be installed in a hierarchical order according to the number. Straighten. Temporary plugs should be installed at the branch pipes. The installation direction of the riser valve should be convenient for operation and repair. After installation, use a wire pendant to straighten it, fix it with clamps, and plug the floor hole in cooperation with the civil construction. The installation of multiple risers in the tube well should be installed in the order of the inside first and then the outside, first big and then small. The mark of domestic water pipe is light green, fire pipe is red, rain water pipe is white, and domestic sewage pipe is white.
④ Branch pipe installation
For concealed application of branch pipes in toilets, the length of branch pipes should be determined and then drawn and positioned. Light-weight walls are slotted with a slotting machine, and the prefabricated branch pipes are laid in the grooves. After leveling and alignment, use hook nails or steel nails to bind galvanized iron wires to fix the pipe ; The valve and detachable parts should be provided with inspection holes; each water distribution point should be installed with a bulkhead pipe with a length of 100mm or 150mm, and be aligned and leveled, and then perform a pressure test on the concealed pipeline. ⑤, pipeline pressure test
The concealed and insulated water supply pipes should be tested individually before being concealed, and the system should be tested after the installation of the piping system. In the hydraulic test, the internal air must be drained first, and then the water should be filled into the water pipe. The pressure is slowly increased to the specified requirement for 6 hours. There is no leakage in the first 2 hours. After 6 hours, the pressure drop does not exceed 5% of the test pressure to be qualified. The general contractor, the supervisor and the relevant personnel of Party A can be notified of the acceptance, go through the visa procedures, and then drain the water, and fill in the pipeline pressure test record in time.
