The combined air conditioner uses the way that the parts and components ex-factory, have the combination and installation on the field. Box shell adopts composite insulation board, and the sandwich layer adopts flam-retardant polystyrene foam board which can resist rust and corrosion, and have excellent heat preservation performance. Thus achieve the requirements of saving energy, high efficiency, sealing, good looking and lightweight. Surface cooler adopts copper tube with aluminum sheet, double flanging mechanical expansion tube, high heat exchange efficiency, small resistance. The fan adopts the new special fan for air conditioning, with the advantage of high efficiency, low noise, and stable air pressure.
Classification of functional segments:
1. Initial effect filter section: with bag type initial effect filter, and wide access door. It is easy to replace.
2. New return air section: with fresh air valve and return air valve, manual or electric way.
3. Secondary mixing section: with a return air valve, adjustment can be manual or electric. It will use for the primary or secondary return air mixing.
4. Middle section: access door is provided for personnel to enter the unit for maintenance.
5. Medium effect filter section: with air valve and bag type medium filter, medium effect filter for air, with access door to easily replace the filter.
6. Surface cold water block section: equipped with surface cold and water baffle, summer for air cooling, drying. Winter hot water can also be used as a water heater.
7. Humidification section: with a humidifier and bypass valve for air heating. Through the bypass valve, the amount of humidification can be adjusted.
8. Electric heating section: electric heating is divided into three steps to adjust the relative humidity of the air.
9. Fan section: centrifugal fan for air transportation, with a variety of air pressure options.
10. Equalizing flow section: with equalizing flow hole section, can adjust the air uniformity.
