To check whether the clean door and clean window have good air tightness, we mainly take care of the following joints:
(1) The joint between the door rame and the door leaf:
During the inspection, we should check the way that the sealing strip is fixed on the door frame. Using a card slot is far superior to gluing (the sealing strip in glue is easy to fall off due to the aging of the glue)
(2) The joint between door leaf and ground
The air tightness of clean door can only be ensured by choosing a lifting sweeping strip at the bottom of the door leaf. The lifting sweeping strip actually is a sealing strip with a snap-fit structure. There are sensitive devices on both sides of the sweeping strip, which can quickly identify the opening and closing status of the door. Once the door body starts to close, the lifting sweeping strips will pop up smoothly, and the sealing strips are firmly attached to the ground, which prevents the entering and escaping of the air at the bottom of door.
(3) Materials of sealing strip.
Compared with ordinary strips, the clean door uses high-density and high-elasticity rubber strips. Usually EPDM rubber strips are used, and silicone strips are also used for those who pursue high-quality effects. This kind of rubber strip has high elasticity and high anti-aging degree. It has good shrinkage and rebound effect when the door body is opened and closed. Especially when the door is closed, the rubber strip can quickly rebound after being squeezed, filling the gap between the door leaf and the door frame, which greatly reducing the chance of air circulation.
(4) Installation
Before installing the clean door, we must ensure the verticality of the wall, and ensure that the door and the wall are on the same horizontal line during installation, so that the entire door structure is flat and reasonable, ensure that the gap around the door leaf is controlled within a reasonable range, and maximize the sealing effect of strips.
