1. Appropriate maintenance and operation space should be reserved around the installation position.

2. Automatic control instruments and equipment should not be installed in a position around strong vibration sources. It should be installed in a place that is dry, not easy to be interfered by a strong electromagnetic field, with little temperature change and no corrosive gas.

3. The temperature and humidity sensor, humidity transmitter, and pressure gauge transmitter should be installed in a position that can truly reflect the input variables, avoiding the airflow directly blowing from the tuyere; the bottom plate and the junction box should be sealed.

4. The plug-in temperature and humidity sensor directly installed on the pipeline should select the bracket or casing according to the thickness of the heat insulation layer. The casing should face the pipeline fluid vertically or horizontally.

5. The equipment and instruments directly installed on the pipeline should be installed after the pipeline purged and before the pressure test and installed at the same time as the pipeline. Remove the pipe before purging it.

6. An on-off valve is set between the pressure detecting part of the pressure transmitter and the pressure guiding tube. The pressure guiding tube to the transmitter should have a slope of 1:20. When the pressure transmitter is installed on the steam pipe, a siphon pipe that prevents direct contact with the steam should be installed; when it is installed on the air pipe, the transmitter should be perpendicular to the direction of air flow.

7. Pay attention to the installation direction when installing the electric control valve. The valve body and the actuator are perpendicular to the direction of fluid flow in the pipe and the filter should be installed upstream, and the actuator should be above the valve. Non-waterproof actuators installed outdoors must have a protective cover device.

8. The inlet of the junction box on the equipment and instrument should not be upward. If it is necessary to install in this way, sealing measures should be taken, and the junction box and the inlet should be closed in time during the construction process.

9. When installing the instrument panel, cabinet, and console, make the inside and outside clean, and the gap between the adjacent two should not be greater than 2mm, and it should be sealed.

二.Pipeline construction technology of automatic control equipment in the cleanroom

1. The pipeline construction of the automatic control equipment in the cleanroom should meet the requirements of building decoration and be convenient for cleaning.

2. Use metal wire or metal trunking.

3. When the trunking passes through the deformation seam of the building, the trunking itself should be disconnected. The inner connecting plate in the trunking should be overlapped without fixing; sufficient compensation space should be reserved to protect the grounding wire and the wire in the trunk.

 

三.Comprehensive system debugging of automatic control equipment in the cleanroom

1. Before the comprehensive system debugging of the automatic control equipment, the individual debugging and testing of each control equipment shall be completed, that is, the individual control operation of the given setting shall be completed through the output and input of the analog signal.

2. The operations should be completed for comprehensive debugging: start, stop and linkage operations of power equipment; whether the operation and control range of the equipment meets the design parameter; control state and fine-tuned loop parameter.
