Ozone disinfection requires the installation of an ozone generator. There are many ways to install the ozone generator: desktop, mobile or split type, directly placed in the clean room that needs to be disinfected; pipeline type, can be installed in the supply and return air mains of the HVAC system (the air duct needs to be expanded); In addition, the ozone generator can also be fixedly installed at the rear end of the medium-efficiency filter of the purification air-conditioning unit. At present, the ozone generator used in clean room disinfection has been produced by many domestic manufacturers. The amount of ozone that needs to be consumed when a biological clean room adopts ozone disinfection (or the output of the ozone generator that needs to be selected is the output of water) can refer to the relevant manufacturer's information. Compared with formaldehyde disinfection, the advantage of ozone disinfection is that it is easy to install, and it is non-corrosive to air ducts, filter materials, etc. when matched with HVAC systems.
At present, ozone has been widely used in water treatment, air purification, food processing, medical treatment, medicine, aquaculture and other fields, which has greatly promoted the development of these industries.
